yesterday training damn fun!
did strides, core strength again, then the back bridge thing.
hahahah nicholas cant do it for nuts!

after that went for sugarcane then went with OG to parkway and ate KFC.
reached home at 11+. can die la.
hahahah i was shooting pearls at jacob.
wahlao jacob is damn bitchy.
he's like 30 times bitchier than me la!
means he's DAMN. cos i am already quite bad hahaha!
