I AM EXHAUSTED. just came back from training! i am smelly and stinky. =D i shall bathe after this lah. dont say i am gross. saw sji x/track at yewtee mrt station and wondered which sch besides rv would train on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY? so i concluded that they were going to train with us too at gombak? haha turned out that i was right.

today's training was tiring. warmed up, did those stretching exercises den JUMPING POWER. my goodness. that killed us. the bloody steps so high!. did about 13. den had baton training. do so many things! crazy. i tot we were only doing gym and could go home in 1hour. haha but pandian was ultra nice today. kept asking us how we felt! I LOVE HIM! then had gym trg. was ok. den went off to eat at macs. WEISHENG CAME WITH US OK. its like a MIRACLE! whoawhoa.

yes and so i am here now typing. SMELLY AND SWEATY. =)) OK IM OFF TO BATHE.
